Firstly, SSH is not a facility open to use by non - advanced users. Only individuals with admin rights will receive access to SSH.

Contact support@prefix.co.za with a request for enabling SSH and a support technician will contact you to confirm legitimacy of this request. SSH will then be enabled by Prefix and we will send you the login details.
