

Your customised mail settings are as follows:
Email Address: you@your-domain.com
Incoming (POP) server: pop.your-domain.com
Outgoing (SMTP) server: smtp.your-domain.com
Account / User Name: you@your-domain.com
SMTP Authentication: On (same Username as POP)
SMTP Port: 587
Note: If SMTP Authentication is not catered for by your email program, you must rather use your ISP's SMTP server.
Setting up a new account for Outlook 2002/2003
Launch Outlook 2002/2003
1. Launch Outlook 2002/2003
2. Select Tools from the top menu bar and then E-mail Accounts
Add a new email account 
3. On the pop-up screen, select Add a new email account then click Next
Select Server Type
4. Under Server Type, select POP3 and then click Next
Confirm Email Settings
5. Enter the relevant details under User, Server and Logon Information. Check that your username is your full email address and, under Server Information, make sure to use the prefix “pop” and “smtp” as appropriate.
6. Once complete, click More Settings
Outgoing Server Settings
7. On the pop-up, select the Outgoing Server tab
8. Ensure that the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox is selected, as well as Use same setting as my incoming mail server
Advanced Settings
9. Select the Advanced tab
10. The Incoming Server (POP) port should be set to 110
11. Set the Outgoing Server (SMTP) port to 587
12. Click OK, then Next and Finish
13. Click Test Account Settings to check if your details are correct
14. Your Outlook mail program should now be set up to send and receive mail

15. Click Test Account Settings to check if your details are correct
16. Click Close, then Next and Finish
17. Your Outlook mail program should now be set up to send and receive mail
For setup on Outlook express
Follow the same customised mail settings as outlook 2003. Then proceed with the below
Add a new email account
1. Launch Microsoft Outlook Express
Note: If this is the first email account setup on this computer then skip to Step 4.
2. On the menu bar at the top, select Tools and then click Accounts
Create new account
3. Click Add, and then click Mail to open the Internet Connection Wizard.

4. Enter your name (which will appear the “From” field in your emails), then click Next

5. Enter your email address, then click Next
Server Settings
6. Select “POP3” as the incoming server type.
7. Enter the POP and SMTP server information, then click Next

8. Click Finish
9. You will be returned to the Internet Accounts screen. Select the recently created email account (pop.your-domain.com), click Properties and then proceed to the Server tab.
10. Ensure that the “My server requires authentication” checkbox is ticked and proceed to the Advanced tab
Server Ports
11. Ensure that the Outgoing Mail port is set to 587 and the Incoming Mail port is set to 110
12. Click OK
